I ordered from peptidewebmd.com and the actual product was fine... no real complaints there. The annoying part was dealing with the subscription. I expected it to be simple to change or cancel from my account, but it took me longer than it should have to figure out where to go and what to do.

Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but the replies felt a bit slow and not super clear. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall... I just don’t think I’d use the subscription option again.

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, and I’m frustrated. Based on how this is going, I’m assuming slow shipping might just be a regular thing with them. Not a great experience so far.
